Luo Dan, born in Hunan in 1990, graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Sculpture Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2013 and a master's degree from the Sculpture Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2016. He now works and lives in Beijing and Sha. He is an artist in the Creation Research Department of Hunan Academy of Painting (New Year's Painting Academy).

They are also collected by Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and other institutions and important collectors.
